This place is conveniently located near the monorail station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, it is situated next to a fantastic mega shopping area, providing plenty of entertainment and dining options. The spacious and clean rooms offer a comfortable stay, and the hotel staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The bath/fitness center is a great addition, allowing guests to relax and unwind.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends, as it offers a convenient location and excellent amenities.

The hotel had a great location near a shopping mall and public transportation. The gardens were a beautiful and relaxing area to escape the bustle of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my business trip.
The room decor was a bit outdated and could use some modernization. The breakfast options were limited and didn't offer many healthy choices.

Quiet location, reasonable price, very friendly staff. Comfy room with everything you need. Free parking, nice pool, spacious rooms. Perfect location for visiting Osaka's Expo Park and a Japanese shopping mall. Situated between central Osaka and Kyoto. Nice bath/fitness center.

Great breakfast spread with fresh pastries and ample closet space in the room. Convenient location with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
The rooms were old-fashioned and outdated with worn carpets and flimsy furnishings. The bathrooms were small and cramped, making it difficult to wash comfortably. not a great value for the price.

Staying close to the monorail made for easy sightseeing in Osaka. the hotel staff gave helpful and courteous service while the room was clean with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of Expo City.
The dated furnishings and small bathrooms don't do justice to the grand and airy public spaces of the hotel.

This hotel had the perfect location for exploring the Expo Park and nearby shopping center. The hotel facilities, including a nice bath and fitness center, were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and allowed me to use the spa/onsen even after checkout. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a Monorail station, making transportation easy.
